Awful time here on Saturday am. Ugh most of the employees were kind with the exception of the gentleman whom performed my service. I asked for a full set, he basically took pink powder painted my existing nail very very thick and uneven. I left there with bunny lumpy nails thick nails and one extremely crooked nail, that when I asked him to fix he then informed me that my finger was crooked. Not to mention at the end I asked for lotion and he pointed to it….. $60No customer service nor hospitality, that gentleman needs learn it

Yesterday I was taken to Perfect Nails for a pedicure as a birthday gift… From the second I sat in the chair I felt like the fella doing my nails was not going to be friendly.. He was in a rush and was very rough! I expressed that he was hurting me and yet this did not prevent him continuing his rough treatment… I asked him to check a lg toe for an ingrown nail in which he did and proceeded to trim to the extent of having the toe bleed ( and yes now it is infected) my fault as I should have stopped him from the start and asked for another person.. Worst experience for getting a pedicure ever.. I will never go to this establishment again..

I have been getting my eye brows waxed for 20 plus years, and never have I ever had someone be so rough and make my eye lid’s bleed. Used way too much wax and literally waxed my eye lid’s as well as my eyebrows. I do not recommend this place for waxing or a warming comfortable environment. I also was asked to lay on a filthy towel protecting the pillow. Disgusted with this place. I should have posted a picture of my scab’d up eye lids

The young lady that attempted to give me a pedicure.Was horrifyingly the rude. I was in a great mood when I entered there salon and upon letting her start her service for the Pedicure for relaxation.I immediately started feeling tense.And upset because the woman who was doing my so called pedicure was not Treating me kindly or responding to my request. She was jerking on my leg. She was not rubbing my leg. She was making me feel upset inside and then dropped my leg in the water. And sighed and rolled her eyes at me as if I did something to her. Then when I got my nails done They were horrible. I asked the technician not to put so much Polish on my French tip too much, he's says a no. Don't worry, I'll make it look, right. It's gross. I have to get them redone. And he charged us $90 for that for the Worst job possible

I normally go for a pedicure but went for a full set this time round. I didnt ask for a specific nail tech I just booked with who was available, which ended up being Michael. Customer service was great, the atmosphere in general was very kind, clean, and welcoming! Not only was the atmosphere and customer service great but the nails were even better! Michael was able to recreate the exact same nails as the photo I showed him snd finished in minutes! I wasn't expecting for my nails to come out as good as they did being that I have bad experience with other salons in the area. Definitely recommend and will be booking again for my next set!

Tan, Ton, Kim, Lee were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! They did such a great job on my husband and I, such an amazing experience for our first time. We definitely recommend going here. This is for sure our new salon home.

I love my nails and my feet feel so good!! Design was hand crafted by Tan himself. Thanks to him and Trung, I am in love with my nails. Didn't take long, there wasn't a struggling to remove my old nails, and they made sure that I was super relaxed and comfortable. Not to mention that the price was reasonable 🤗!**Update**Went for a second visit and it wasn't as pleasant. I do like my nails, but there were a few things that I noticed that didn't serve well as good customer service. First I noticed how they offered everyone after me something to drink but never offered me anything. I noticed that last time, but decided to ignore it because I have a mouth to ask. Everyone else also was offered to turn on their message chairs, I was not offered this service. They also treated me/talked to me as if I was slow. Then the guy that did my nails acted as if he was annoyed at the fact that he had to do my nails. I also heard him sigh and say "you're boring". Look, I work 2 jobs 7 days a week and talk to people on both jobs. I just wanted to relax. This is supposed to be a Nail and Spa. I also got insulted when trying to enter my tip amount. I mean, who would tip just .10¢? My nails are pretty, and my Pedi was very nice, but the treatment was uncomfortable. I will not be going back!

This place is so bomb! I go once a month and always get the royal treatment! Stephan is my guy, and always does an amazing job with my nails! His aunt provides the best pedi, I like the milk and honey and she does my brows beautifully. The service is impeccable!

Horrible experience with them. I went on Friday to get my feet and a new set of acrylic nails done. First of all I kept telling them the water was cold and nothing was done. Then when it was time for my acrylic set the lady didn’t do what I asked for. She gave me almond shape nails instead of oval like I asked. The nails we bulky like she had never done that before. I came back the next day to fix them and their solution was to paint over them instead of filing them down and redoing them. Anyway I went home took a shower and immediately the nail polish started coming off. I went back a second time to which again I asked them remove them and give me a refund. They said they can’t do that and they could repaint them once more but by the time they did all of that my nails looked like I’ve had them for two weeks and today barely makes it 8 days. Apart from all that you can see all three nail colors. I was so embarrassed to show people my nails. If you can avoid them. Let’s not talk about my pedicure. If I could I would give zero stars. Money and my time have been wasted.
